Session 1: Gradescope Workshop | CUHK (Paper based exams/quiz & student uploaded work)

• Date: Mar 26, 2024 (Tue)
• Time: 12pm - 1pm
• Description:
  1. Set up paper based exams/quizzes (Watch video 📺)
  2. Set up assignments where students can submit freeform work (no printers or templates needed) (Watch video 📺)
  3. Save time with AI-assisted answer grouping, to apply feedback and grading at scale (Watch video 📺)
  4. Make rubric changes as you grade - changes apply to previously graded work to maintain consistency
  5. Write each comment only once - apply previously used comments with a click
  6. Use ‘assignment analytics’ to gain insight into student learning (Watch video 📺)
  7. Take advantage of the Blackboard integration

Session 2: Gradescope Workshop | CUHK (Bubble Sheet Assignments)

• Date: Mar 27, 2024 (Wed)
• Time: 12pm – 1pm
• Description:
  1. Set up assignments bubble sheet assignments for MCQ style assessments (Watch video 📺)
  2. Upload bubble sheets in bulk to Gradescope
  3. Grade questions automatically by setting up answer keys
  4. Use ‘assignment analytics’ to gain insight into student learning (Watch video 📺)

Session 3: Gradescope Workshop | CUHK (Programming assignments)

• Date: March 28, 2024 (Thu)
• Time: 12pm – 1pm
• Description:

  2. Save time with the coding auto-grader, and apply feedback and grading at scale
